What: Our Confirmation ministry is a 2-year study of the basics of the Christian Faith as taught in Holy Scripture. Pastor leads students through a review of the Old & New Testaments, the 6 Chief Parts of Martin Luther’s Small Catechism as well as various “Hot Topics” such as media, stewardship, sexuality and more. The curriculum (Faith INKubators) is multi-media based, using powerpoint, music, games, skits, bible study and small group discussion. Parents participate in the our confirmation ministry as small group discussion leaders and assist the pastor as needed with instruction. In addition to class time, students are expected to participate in service projects, youth events, and regular worship.
